Professor Emeritus Michael (Mike) McClure holds a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry from Murray State University and has 38 years of teaching experience with the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, and two years as visiting professor at Harlaxton College in the United Kingdom. In addition to teaching, Professor McClure has 40+ years of traveling experience.  He is passionate about off-the-beaten-path travel and finds inspiration in exploring the history of science, the natural world, and the unexpected in places less traveled.
